“Kevin has been an excellent resource for me. I had significant water damage in my house and he came in to help us. Unlike other contractors, he not only returned my calls/emails, he even gave me timely updates. I was in a time crunch as my family was to soon visit me. He gave me a fair time estimate for all the work and completed it a day before, than promised. He was very honest in his workmanship. As he worked, he found that certain things could be repaired. “Kevin came to our house to help us build out a finished basement. He covered all the bases and executed a great project for us. Which is pretty hard considering it was a fieldstone foundation, in an 1867 colonial. He brought great ideas with him, a reasonable price and was great to work with.
